2007 Technical Handbooks
These Technical Handbooks provide guidance on achieving the standards set in the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 and are available in two volumes, for Domestic buildings and for Non-domestic buildings.

The revised edition of the Technical Handbooks came into force on 1 May 2007. The revisions cover sections 0, 1, 3, 4 and 6. A summary of the changes that have been introduced between 1 May 2006 and 30 April 2007 can be accessed here.

The Technical Handbooks are available in hard copy from The Stationery Office (TSO).

The Handbooks are available to view online or download using the links below. Please note that, due to their file size, several of the sections may take some time to download on slower internet connections.

The Erratum can be accessed here.

Please note that the Erratum has now been incorporated into the 2007 Technical Handbook electronic versions below.

The CD, as supplied with hard copy versions of Technical Handbook, does not include the erratum, and is unlikely to be reissued.
