Forms
Since the 1st of May 2005, all applications made in respect of the building standards system require to be submitted on the appropriate form, which will be issued by the Verifiers. The content of the forms are set out in the The Building (Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 2005, as amended by the The Building (Forms) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2006 and by the The Building (Forms) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007 and in the following model forms.
On the 7 October 2005, amendments were made to model forms A, B, J and L and form Q was introduced.
On the 1 May 2007, amendments were made to model forms A, J, M and N and forms R and S were introduced.
These forms are intended to be used by Verifiers only, with the exception of forms SBS1 and SBS2, which may be used by anyone.
